Before joining Pequot Health Care, Cynthia served as Vice President of Claims and Administration at UltraBenefits, LLC in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she provided strategic leadership to claims, customer service, and administrative teams. In this role, she partnered closely with senior leadership, sales, brokers, cost containment, compliance, and IT to ensure operational excellence, accuracy, and high-quality service for clients.

Throughout her career, Cynthia has held roles ranging from claims representative to senior claims administrator, trainer, and account specialist, steadily advancing through positions that deepened her knowledge of claims processing, customer service, and team leadership. She is recognized for her ability to manage complex issues with tact, foster collaborative partnerships, and navigate high-pressure environments with efficiency and precision.
