Cynthia M. St. Germain brings more than 30 years of expertise in the healthcare insurance industry, specializing in self-funded health plans and third-party administration. Before joining Pequot Health Care, Cynthia served as Vice President of Claims and Administration at UltraBenefits, LLC in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she provided strategic leadership to claims, customer service, and administrative teams. In this role, she partnered closely with senior leadership, sales, brokers, cost containment, compliance, and IT to ensure operational excellence, accuracy, and high-quality service for clients.

Throughout her career, Cynthia has held roles ranging from claims representative to senior claims administrator, trainer, and account specialist, steadily advancing through positions that deepened her knowledge of claims processing, customer service, and team leadership. She is recognized for her ability to manage complex issues with tact, foster collaborative partnerships, and navigate high-pressure environments with efficiency and precision.

Cynthia’s professional strengths include exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of TPA best practices, and a proven track record in building trust and mentoring talent. Her reputation for integrity, work ethic, and analytical insight makes her a valued member of the PHC leadership team.

A native of Massachusetts, Cynthia attended Worcester State College and continues to bring a solutions-focused, customer-first approach to every aspect of her work.
