• Mail Order Pharmacy: We ship medication right to your plan members’ doors. We can also help you set up a mandatory mail order service for maintenance medications to more efficiently serve your plan members and save the plan money.
• Retail Pharmacy: We operate a pharmacy located on the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation Reservation where we administer medications.
• Plan Design: We can advise on your pharmacy plan design, including development of your drug formulary, how to structure cost sharing, and risk management through stop-loss insurance
• Claims Processing: We collect premiums, adjudicate claims, and process payments for your pharmacy plan.
• Customer Service: We have knowledgeable in-house customer service representatives available to answer your questions, as well as a toll-free customer service line for your plan members.
