Jim Bushey is responsible for the overall operations and sales growth for Pequot Health Care’s Third Party Administrator (TPA). 

Prior to joining the PHC team, Jim was with UltraBenefits, LLC, a TPA in Worcester, MA, where is was part of the founders and company and spent the last 13 years as the company’s president.  Jim started his employee benefits career with Allmerica Financial/State Mutual where he held positions in field sales, product development and national sales management.

Jim is agraduate of Bentley University in Waltham, MA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Associates of Science in Management.
