Roberta joins us with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Roberta most recently served as Vice President of Operations at UltraBenefits, LLC, a TPA in Worcester, MA, where she gained vast experience in EDI systems and vendor implementation. Roberta’s employee benefits career began with Allmerica Financial where she held positions in claims processing, claims auditing, claims automation and as Business Analyst.

Roberta is a graduate of Fitchburg State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
