Mr. Demby interacts with all areas of the business directing the company’s technology infrastructure. He spearheads company process improvement efforts and organizational efficiencies via technology, automation and data intelligence gathering. Steve engages in the selection and onboarding of vendors to ensure optimum integration into existing PHC technology and data systems. Steve also maintains the strategic partnerships with vendors providing subject matter expertise on healthcare technology related to pharmacy operations, claim adjudication and compliance issues.

Steve is an active member of several TPA software user groups and professional organizations. He has held management positions with CVS Caremark, Phibro Healthcare and TIAA-CREF. Steve attended Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC.
