For the health and safety of our Tribal members and the employees Pequot Plus Health Benefits Services has taken steps to limit the exposure to the corona virus.  Although the office is not open for walk-ins until further notice the Pequot Plus Health Benefit service TPA is available to assist you with any questions or concerns.
 
CALL
If you receive a bill from a provider, or you have a question or concern, please call the Customer Service Team to assist you at:
  • Paula Jett-Manager of Administration & Concierge Tribal Customer Service- 475-441-8015
  • Althnageebah Myles-Claims Examiner- 475-655-0147
o   If you have a billing question, please have the bill available when you call, this will expedite the process. 
 
o   A member of the Customer Service Team will contact the provider to ask that your bill be placed on hold until the matter is resolved, and keep you informed until the matter is closed.
 
 
DROP OFF BILL
·         If you have bills and would like to drop them off at the TPA Building; please call the Customer Service Team prior to coming, as they are currently working remotely.
 
o   Upon arrival a member of the TPA Staff will come to your car to obtain the bills/paperwork.
 
E-MAIL
·         You may also email your bill(s)/paperwork to PequotPlus@prxn.com.
 
o   Upon receipt of your email a member of the Customer Service Team will contact you to review the information received.
 
o   If your email consist of a bill, a member of the Customer Service Team will contact the provider to ask that your bill be placed on hold until the matter is resolved, and keep you informed until the matter is closed.
 
FAX   
·         You may also submit your bill(s)/paperwork via fax at (860) 396-6403.
 
o   Upon receipt of your fax, a member of the Customer Service Team will contact you to review the information received.
 
o   If your fax consist of a bill, a member of the Customer Service Team will contact the provider to ask that your bill be placed on hold until the matter is resolved, and will keep you informed until the matter is closed.
 
As a reminder:
 
We have designated a specific team to assist all Tribal member and/or dependents covered under the Mashantucket Pequot Family Health Plan.
